哈维过后,休斯顿地区房屋租金涨幅超50%...就是这里!

哈维飓风过后,休斯顿市里边和几大郊区的房屋租金应声上涨!最大涨幅竟然高达52%,这和不少专家预测的一样,哈维飓风扫过后大休斯顿地区的租金可能会出现价格飞飙。不仅仅是房屋来源紧缺、食品、燃油等等都有相应的上涨。

据《休斯顿纪事报》消息,RentHop公司的数据分析专家对灾后房屋租金价格进行了分析,确定了租金上涨的百分比,以及上涨幅度最大的25个地区,并列出了所在地区。

上涨幅度最大的地区不在downtown,而是在Bellaire,77401地区。哈维前的月租金为1525美元,哈维后上涨为2325美元,这样的涨幅相信很多人都吃不消。

分析专家表示,很难调查出价格上涨的准确原因,但我们可以确定一个影响价格上涨的因素,那就是灾后可住房屋的数量减少,而市场需求增加,自然而然就推高了房屋租金。
